Ben Munson is the Broker/Owner of the Memorie Group, a boutique real estate brokerage located at 439 Prince George Street. As a second generation broker and Realtor, Ben brings a wealth of experience to residential and commercial transactions on behalf of his clients. His team continues to provide the honest, fiduciary representation that Memorie Munson built a legacy providing Williamsburg families since 1997.

He is passionate about about historic building preservation, sustainable urban design and ‘green building’ technology. He served four years as Treasurer of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (MLS) board, and transitions this Fall to the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors board.

Ben moved to Williamsburg in 2013 from Rochester, NY with his wife, Kristin. They have welcomed three children since, and are committed to making their community a more vibrant and inclusive one for their children to grow up in.
